Do iguanas make good pets?

Actually depends on what type of iguana you get. If is big enough to hurt you with it's teeth or tail then is not safe to have. Especially around small kids. They are bad about biting and whipping with their tails. I actually resuscitated one and he lived for 4 days. Those animals are not meant to be domesticated.
