What kind of animals could I raise on a 5 acre area?

I have 20 acres of land and I want to fence off about 5 acres of it and raise livestock. In the 5 acres there is about 1 acre of gry field, 1/2 and acre of mossy wetlands, the rest of it would be wooded with mostly pines, and low growing plants (ferns etc) Also have some cherry trees and i will be planting some apple trees. The area also has a Pond and a 1ft deep slow moving creek running along one of the sides of it. Its upstate NY in the foothills so the average summer temp is 75F, and it can get -10f in the winter with 2/12 -3 feet of snow. I'm looking to get livestock just for my own and my 2 dogs consumption (they currently eat a chicken a day between the 2 of them). Not looking for anything crazy to make money with, just want to be more self sufficient without having to dedicate my whole day to caring for the animals. Any good suggestions?
