Why do people have to buy infants or a child?

Who thinks it is wrong to buy a child. I for one do there are so many people that can't have children and all at the same time they can't afford to adopt. Why does it cost so much money. The governmaent really needs to realize that the children need a good family unconditional love and they need to be cared for and so much more . There are so many people out there would give anything in the world to have a child. My husband and I cannot have children together do to he is fixed and i have not been able to concieve even before he got fixed. We have been talking to adoption agencies for almost a year and still haven't found a cheap one. We have ran out of options does anyone have any other suggestions on where or how to find an agency that isn't so expensive and that is based on income. Any information will be so hoepfully to us.
