It never happened... or did it?

According to the rules that was a forward p... it should be a rule taken out of the books, but it was the right call at the time. When I saw... I thought it was a fumble, but that was because I never really knew about the rule. After looking over the rule and seeing what it entailed.... yeah, it was the right call.
