How and Where could I find out if someone is a member Of the fraternity, Omega Psi Phi?

Im TRYING to find someone who I THINK is a member of this Fraternity and the YEAR that they pledged, but I DONT where to go and look it up. Is there such a site? The official site has a members only section, so thats no help. Ive looked up the university that he attended both undergrad and grad, but that didnt help either. People searches dont help either. Just curious.
