If I have had 16 positive pregnancy tests is is pretty certain my blood test will also be positive?

Sorry for being an air head, I just don't know, just because whn I went to the dr. he gave me a urine test which was negative, Then he sent me for blood work, However when I went home, I GOT 4 more positives!? Help me out please, IS THERE ANY OTHER REASONS, i would get 16 positives??
