Kingston USB flash drive detection problem?

The best thing you can try is to use HP USB Format Tool and try to reformat it. All the data will be lost, but it might be the only way to recover your "dead usb stick". In case it doesn't work, you could take it appart and see if it has any loose connectors on the flash drive chip. If it doesn't have any loose components than it means that your flash drive is done for and you need to buy another one. It has bad memory blocks and it can't be recognized. Try to use another USB port on another computer to make sure there isn't anything wrong with yours.
