New Yorkers - What are the different levels at the 59th Street station?

I would like a layout (the more specific, the better) of each floor of the 59th street station in NYC. Most importantly, I need to know where the southbound N train is and how to get to the northbound 6 train (or 4 or 5 trains) from there and vice versa. Thank you very much.
