What is differences between this Laptops from ACER?

Get the 'Dixon' one its a lot cheaper - factory refurbishbment - is like 'brand new' done by the factory - Dixons have returned it to the factory because of a fault - the factory have 'fixed the fault' and checked it 'all over' - they can't sell it as new - so you get the price reduction - a warranty - and you've saved �80 - you only get 1yr warranty on a new boxed one - and spend the �80 on something esle.......... Its a good deal.
