Are there really "touch me not" butches/stud s out there?? Why do they feel that way?

basically its a person who doesnt get pleasure or is scared to have another girl touch or eat them. which i think is not fair...ive been wit girls who would let me make them feel good but then were like...naaa i dont wanna do anythin back...wtf...i mean i am the dominant one and i do like it when i get somethin back...ya kno...
