Designer for a Tattoo I want done?

I am working on a tattoo i want to get done. Don't worry I won't regret it and I have put a lot of though in it. I was going to get "Beach Bum" done under my abs with two surfboards criss-crossed with the side view like the bones on the pirate skull.
